Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA: 
Standard shipping within Australia is FREE of charge.
Depending on the size of your order we will use Australia Post or a courier service. Metro areas will receive orders in 1-4 business days, rural will be 6-10 days depending on location

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES 
Shipping costs internationally are a fixed AUD$10.00 for a limited time only. You will receive your order in approx 14-21 business days.

For returns or exchanges:

If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund, please ensure you have contacted us via email accountsteam@365salongroup.com first for a Returns Authorisation Number and that your item is:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
• Is returned within 7 days of receipt of goods
• Paperwork is included that details your order number and contact details
• You use a trackable shipping service with signature on receipt

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
