Have you jumped on the juicing trend or are you still sitting on the fence and wondering if all the hype is worth it? 

Here at trico.lab we love our juices, with a vegetable based Green Juice being our go-to choice for a morning or mid afternoon pick me up. 

Green Juices are a quick and easy way to get the daily nutrients your body needs from a range of vegetables and fruits packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. To obtain nutrients from food, your body first needs to break it down, but with a juicing the hard work is done for you and those nutrients can be absorbed right away.

Worried how vegetable juice may taste? We hear you. 

Nourishing from within is the most effective way to keep our bodies, skin and hair healthy, but that doesn’t mean sacrificing our taste buds. A simple tip to ensure your juice tastes delicious is to balance your veggies with your fruit.

Here is our Green Juice recipe, jam packed with our fave veggie combos for maximum nutritional benefit and taste: 

  • 2 small green pears
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ a cucumber
  • ½ a zucchini
  • ½ a lemon squeezed
  • A piece of fresh ginger (optional)
